McCarthy’s Design & Build Limited was incorporated under the Companies Act of Jamaica on March 4, 2021. MDB Limited's primary focus is the construction of 96 sustainable residential units in Osborne Store, Clarendon. These units will include eco-friendly two-bedroom, one bathroom and two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes, aimed at addressing the housing crisis in Jamaica.

The company is led by Mark Anthony McCarthy, an emerging real estate developer and practicing architect with over 23 years in the industry. His wife, Lesa-Ann Willie-McCarthy, co-owns the company and serves as the office manager, levering her expertise in business operations.
